はーい！みなさんこんにちは(^^♪ ジルドパパです。 ダイエットしてる皆さん！ 毎日の栄養を健康に摂りたい皆さん！ ダイエットをしてる方で栄養が不足してるかも って考えてる皆さん！ 一緒に考えて見ましょう＼(~o~)／ −PR−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−− まもなく定年！今だに先行き不透明で不安な日々を送る私が このＨＰに出会ってトライしたことで http://a-soho.main.jp/hp/zird/ 新しい夢のある人生と副収入を手にする事が出来ました・・(^^♪ −−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−PR− それでは今日は筋肉がついた？？ について勉強してみましょう。 筋トレすると、すぐ筋肉がついたような 気がしませんか？ でも実は筋線維の動くのが多くなった せいだそうです。 もともと筋線維は運動中も一部は休息して いるそうです。 ただ筋トレすることで約２ヶ月続ければ 運動単位がフル活動し普通の状態では 対応できなくなり筋線維が太くなったり 増加するようになるそうです。 まだ最初の１ヵ月で筋肉が太くなったと 思うのは勘違いのようですね(^_^;) やはり筋トレは地道にがんばって 大きくなるようです。 ３日坊主のジルドパパには 無理かな・・・・(^_^;) みなさんはがんばってみてくださいねー♪ [ＰＲ] いつも生活費に困っていた主婦が たまたまココを見つけて ゆとりある生活に変わりました（*^_^*） |
